Psychological Support with care and experience

Meet Kerry

Hi, I’m Kerry (she/her), a Registered Psychologist with 15 years of experience supporting adults across the NSW Central Coast and Australia-wide via Telehealth.

I provide adult ADHD and autism assessments, post-diagnostic support and therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, workplace stress, chronic pain and psychological injury.

A large part of my work focuses on high-masking and late-identified ADHD and autism presentations, particularly in women and AFAB adults whose experiences may have been overlooked, misunderstood or dismissed for many years.

Many of the people I work with are often the ones holding everything together for everyone else - capable, caring and functioning well on the outside, while privately feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or like they are constantly pushing through. Often they have been told they are “just stressed,” “too sensitive,” or that their struggles are not significant enough. If that has been your experience, I want you to know your experiences are taken seriously here.

I aim to create a space where people feel genuinely heard and understood, without feeling rushed, judged or reduced to a checklist of symptoms.

Adult ADHD & Autism Assessments

I provide comprehensive adult ADHD and autism assessments for people exploring whether neurodivergence may help explain lifelong patterns of overwhelm, masking, emotional exhaustion, executive functioning difficulties, sensory sensitivities or social fatigue.

I have a particular interest in working with late-diagnosed women and high-masking AFAB adults, including those navigating burnout, identity shifts and the impact of perimenopause on focus, emotional regulation, sensory sensitivity and anxiety.

Assessments are collaborative, supportive and designed to understand the whole person, not just whether someone meets criteria.

Therapy for Burnout, Workplace Injury & Chronic Pain

I also provide therapy and psychological support for adults navigating NSW Workers Compensation psychological claims, workplace stress, trauma, adjustment to injury and chronic pain.

With two decades of experience working alongside adults experiencing psychological and physical workplace injuries, I understand how emotionally and practically overwhelming these experiences can become - particularly when people are trying to manage pain, uncertainty, finances, identity changes and return to work pressures all at once.

I work collaboratively with insurers, employers, rehabilitation providers and treating teams where appropriate to help support recovery, functioning and wellbeing.

I also have a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent adults experiencing burnout and autistic burnout, including the effects of long-term masking, sensory overwhelm, chronic stress and nervous system exhaustion.

Therapeutic Approach

My work is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based therapies tailored to the individual. I integrate approaches including:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT)

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Therapy is adapted to each person’s nervous system, sensory profile, communication style and goals.

Meet casie

Casie is a Registered Psychologist who provides Telehealth ADHD and Autism assessments for children (6+), adolescents and adults across Australia.

She has a warm and collaborative approach, creating a supportive space where individuals and families feel heard, respected and understood throughout the assessment process.

Casie works with children, teens and adults who may be experiencing attention and focus difficulties, emotional overwhelm, executive functioning challenges, impulsivity, school-related stress or lifelong patterns that may be consistent with ADHD.

Her approach is strengths-based and focused on understanding the individual as a whole person, including their experiences, challenges, supports and daily functioning.

Casie has a particular interest in supporting:

  • Children and adolescents experiencing attention, focus and emotional regulation difficulties

  • Young people struggling with school stress, overwhelm or self-confidence

  • Women and adults exploring possible ADHD later in life

  • Individuals seeking clarity and understanding around neurodivergent traits

Assessments are collaborative and respectful, with recommendations designed to support functioning across home, school, work and everyday life where appropriate.

Casie works collaboratively with parents, caregivers, GPs and schools where relevant to help support understanding and practical next steps following assessment.
