FAQ’s

  • Yes. Telehealth appointments are available for adults across Australia via Coviu, a secure, encrypted video platform designed specifically for healthcare. Telehealth sessions are conducted in the same professional and confidential manner as in-person appointments and are suitable for therapy, pre-assessment screening, and ADHD and Autism assessments.

A secure link is emailed to you prior to your appointment, and no special software download is required.

  • I provide evidence-based psychological therapy tailored to the individual’s needs and goals. My approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, meaning therapy is collaborative, respectful of lived experience, and adapted to suit how your brain works.

Therapeutic approaches may include adapted Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

The specific approach used will depend on your presentation, preferences, and therapeutic goals. If you are unsure what type of therapy may be suitable, this can be discussed during your initial appointment.
