POST-DIAGNOSIS SUPPORT

central coast psychology support for workplace injury and chronic pain

Meet Kerry

Warm, human, not corporate

I’m a Registered Psychologist with 15 years of clinical experience. I’ve also spent nearly two decades supporting people through complex mental health, chronic pain, and workplace injuries. I understand the challenges that come with recovery, not just physically but emotionally and practically - and bring a calm, experienced approach to help clients feel supported every step of the way.

My work is grounded in a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach, with a particular interest in ADHD, Autism, and high-masking presentations, especially in females who may have been overlooked earlier in life.

Many of the people I work with have spent years pushing through, questioning themselves, or feeling like they just don’t fit in.

My role is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported to make sense of your experiences in a way that feels meaningful to you.

When I’m not working, I find joy in slow mornings and quiet rituals that create a sense of calm. I love weekend getaways, scenic hikes, and time in nature.

Whether you’re seeking answers, space to reflect, or support in understanding your neurotype, I’m here to walk alongside you with clarity, kindness, and care.

Support doesn’t end with the diagnosis

Receiving a diagnosis can bring relief—but also questions, self-doubt, and a lot to process.

You might be wondering:

Who do I tell?

What does this mean for me day-to-day?

Why do I still feel unsure?

Post-diagnosis support focuses on helping you work through this and more:

  • Understanding burnout and managing energy more sustainably

  • Recognising shutdowns, meltdowns, and early signs of overwhelm

  • Identifying sensory preferences and reducing sensory load

  • Making sense of past experiences through a new lens

  • Exploring how and whether to share your diagnosis with others

  • Building supportive routines that work for you
