Therapy for Adults - In Erina and Online Across Australia
Now accepting new clients
Looking for a psychologist who truly understands what you're going through?
I offer personalised therapy for adults, either face-to-face at my calm, neuro-affirming Erina rooms on the NSW Central Coast, or via secure Telehealth for clients across Australia. I currently have availability and am welcoming new clients.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based therapy, with a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approach. That means our work together will respect your lived experience, move at your pace, and support you in feeling safe, understood, and empowered.
