Tailored to Your Individual Experiences

Kerry draws on evidence-based psychological frameworks when delivering individual therapy. DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Meet Kerry

Hello!

Hi, I’m Kerry and I’m the founder of Elara Psychology Clinic. I provide neuro-affirming and trauma-informed therapy and assessments for adults navigating ADHD, Autism, trauma, burnout, anxiety, chronic pain, and life transitions. With 15 years experience in psychology and nearly 20 years experience in workplace rehabilitation, it allows me to understand both the emotional and practical impacts that mental health, neurodivergence, injury, stress, and burnout can have on everyday life. I bring a practical and holistic approach to therapy.

My approach is warm and compassionate and I aim to create a space where people feel comfortable exploring their experiences without judgment. Whether you are seeking therapy, wanting to better understand yourself, or exploring ADHD or Autism assessment, my focus is on providing evidence-based care that is tailored to your individual needs.
