If you’ve ever wondered why your mind works the way it does, this session offers a supportive, educational space to explore those questions. Together, we’ll look at your sensory experiences, communication preferences, and patterns of masking or burnout, helping you make sense of your unique neurotype before deciding on a formal diagnosis.

This session uses a selection of validated questionnaires to explore autistic and ADHD traits, masking, sensory processing, executive functioning, and emotional wellbeing. Results are used to support self-understanding and personalised formulation. This is not a diagnostic assessment
