Explore Your Neurotype
Not a diagnostic assessment - a supported space to understand how your mind works
If you're not ready for a formal assessment, or not sure whether one is the right next step, this two-hour session offers a supported, educational space to begin exploring your neurotype. Using validated questionnaires, we'll look at ADHD and Autistic traits, masking patterns, sensory profile, emotional regulation, and executive functioning, with verbal feedback and personalised recommendations at the end.
This is not a diagnostic assessment. Results are used to support self-understanding and are not equivalent to a formal clinical diagnosis.

ADHD & Autism Pre-Screening

ONLINE ONLY
A gentle first step if you’re exploring ADHD or Autism
If you are considering an ADHD or Autism Assessment but feel unsure about committing to a full diagnostic process, this pre-assessment screening offers a structured first step.
This service is designed for adults who may be wondering whether their experiences could be related to ADHD, Autism, or both, particularly those who identify with high-masking presentations.
The screening involves the completion of online questionnaires, which are carefully reviewed by Kerry alongside the information you provide. You will then receive a brief personalised email outlining whether a full assessment may be recommended based on the information available.
This is not a diagnostic assessment and does not provide a diagnosis, report, or formal opinion for external use. However, it can help provide direction, clarity, and reassurance about whether pursuing a comprehensive assessment may be beneficial.
This service may be helpful if you:
Feel unsure whether your experiences align with ADHD or Autism
Want a lower-cost starting point before committing to a full assessment
Have been questioning things after a child, partner, or friend received a diagnosis
Identify with burnout, masking, sensory overwhelm, chronic exhaustion, or lifelong “feeling different”
Want guidance from an experienced, neuro-affirming psychologist
Included
Online screening questionnaires
Clinical review of results by Kerry
Brief personalised email summary
Guidance regarding whether a full assessment is recommended
If you proceed and book a full ADHD and/or Autism Assessment within 28 days of receiving your screening feedback email, this fee will be deducted from your assessment feedback session fee.
Important Information
This service is educational and screening-based only. It is not a substitute for a comprehensive diagnostic assessment and cannot be used for workplace, NDIS, university, or medication-related purposes.
