Medicare: You may be eligible for a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) through your GP, which provides rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The current Medicare rebate is $96.65. Out of pocket from $123.35

Private Health: Some health insurance policies cover psychology services. Please check with your health fund as to what you are eligible for.

Assessments: There is no medicare rebate for assessments.

Workers Compensation/CTP: These sessions are covered with a valid referral.

DVA: Sessions are covered for DVA Card Holders with a valid GP referral

NDIS Plan and self-managed

Private Clients: You do not need a GP referral to attend. The GP referral allows you to claim a rebate under a Mental Health Care Plan if you are eligible.

Workers Compensation: Referrals made under SIRA (Workers Compensation) attract a fee in accordance with their guidelines and fee schedule. If you are a Work Cover client; we will invoice them directly.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Self-managed/plan managed: We charge at the recommended fee rate of $229.99 per hour. Payment is required on the day of the consultation.

DVA: We welcome DVA clients. DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral.

Private Health Fund: Please check with your policy if you are eligible for rebates.

We require at least 24 business hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment, or 100% of the session fee will be charged. For example, to cancel a Monday appointment at 9:00am, please give us notice by 9:00am Friday to avoid cancellation fees. This fee will need to be paid prior to booking a future appointment. You have the option of changing your appointment to a Telehealth appointment if you are unable to attend in person.
