I bring together nearly 20 years of experience in workers compensation, occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work support, including veteran support, alongside 15 years of clinical experience.
My background includes supporting individuals experiencing:

I have previously managed occupational rehabilitation services and understand both employee wellbeing and the operational realities workplaces face.
Alongside therapy and assessment work, I also provide ADHD and Autism assessments and ongoing support for adults, including those experiencing workplace difficulties related to neurodivergence, burnout or chronic stress.
This allows me to provide practical, compassionate and neuro-affirming support grounded in both clinical and workplace experience.
My approach focuses on practical, compassionate and early intervention support to help identify concerns early, reduce escalation of stress and burnout, and support sustainable workplace participation through tailored strategies and workplace adjustments where appropriate.
